Garderie Foundation School

One of the city’s only private pre-schools providing traditional Jewish programming in three languages

Rooted in Jewish tradition, practice, and values, Congregation Shaar Hashomayim provides a loving and safe haven in which pre-school children can explore, discover, and create. Our programs nurture the whole child and promote emotional, social, and intellectual growth. Through innovative and progressive teaching, each child is helped in developing a strong sense of Jewish identity, a positive sense of self, pride in his/her accomplishments, empathy and respect for others, and, ultimately, the ability to solve problems independently. We foster a strong partnership with the parents and enable each family to feel part of the larger synagogue community.
