A Bintel Brief is based on letters to the editor of the Forverts newspaper from Jewish immigrants to North America in the 20th century. Told through comedy, drama and song it presents the true life stories of strangers in a new land and serves as a poignant reminder that the immigrant experience is universal and timeless. There are English and French supertitles.
