Torah Studies
"And you shall teach it to your children" (Deuteronomy 6:7)
We believe that understanding our Torah is essential to living a meaningful Jewish life. The study of Torah is a central part of the mission of Congregation Shaar Hashomayim.
In small and intimate groups, our clergy lead regular Torah study opportunities that are relevant and topical. Join us for lively discussions using the contemporary lens of modern thinkers as we examine some of Judaism’s most fundamental ethical and theological questions, which are embedded in our ancient Rabbinic texts – the Mishna, Talmud, and Midrash.
