The City of Westmount, in collaboration with Congregation Shaar Hashomayim and Temple Emmanu-El-Beth Sholom, invite the community to celebrate the festival of lights. Everyone welcome! At the Lawn Bowling Clubhouse next to City Hall (401 Kensington Avenue, Westmount) followed by candle lighting outside City Hall.
