By registering, I am aware that photographs and/or videos may taken by Congregation Shaar Hashomayim and Netivot School for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and website content, and that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use. 

I hereby acknowledge that the name(s) of the child(ren) will not be associated with said media.

Even though you are paying offline, please choose from the drop down list how many children you are registering for Netivot. Additionally, click on the button "Continue to Payment" to submit your form. 
Fee: $1300  first child 
A sibling discount of $200 per additional child is given.
Tuition Fees: $1300.00 which includes a $50.00 nonrefundable administrative fee. All books/learning materials are provided by the school. Basic school supplies should be provided by students (their preferred pencils, pen and paper).

Online Payments: Must be paid in full at the time of registration.

Withdrawal: You may withdraw your child from the school before the first class, and receive a full refund. Once Netivot has started, you may withdraw your child and pay a prorated fee for classes attended, as well as the $50 nonrefundable administrative fee. Financial Aid is available.
