Tuesday, February 16 at 7:30pm on Zoom From Hate to Hope: A Former Neo-Nazi speaks about Radicalization and Violent Extremism Elisa Hategan in Conversation with Rabbi Adam Scheier In her powerful and inspiring presentation, Hategan tells the story of her journey from hate to hope and discovering her family’s Jewish roots before embracing Judaism. Elisa Hategan is a writer, speaker, educator on far-right extremism and Executive Director of the Changemaker Project. She serves as Regional Coordinator for Central Canada and the US at Against Violent Extremism (AVE), a global network of former extremists and survivors of violence who educate against radicalization and empower others to leave hate groups.
